Reporting to the Manager and collaborating with regional Therapy Services Coordinators, this Physiotherapist establishes practice standards for inpatient and outpatient physiotherapists. The position provides regional and individualized clinical practice support across Island Health. It promotes coaching and mentorship to advance physiotherapy practice and patient care.
Key Responsibilities: Establish practice standards for inpatient and outpatient physiotherapists
Assess clinical practice support and educational needs
Develop clinical and educational strategies for patient care




Provide regional and individualized practice support
Promote coaching and mentorship across Island Health
Requirements: Recognized university physiotherapy program graduation
Current full CPTBC practicing registration
Three years recent relevant experience
Experience creating educational materials and supervising students
Valid Class 5 Driver's License
Bring physiotherapy expertise, clinical education, knowledge translation, and coaching skills to practice support across Island Health.
