Rate of pay- £14.45 per hour

The vacancy is for 32.5 hours per week flexi. Shift pattern is a combination on 8am-3pm and 3pm-10pm, including alternate weekends

What you will be doing... You'll be working in one of our households with a warm, friendly team as a Team Senior Carer. Working in Belong Didsbury you can make a real impact to the lives of older people; giving them the support to continue to live independently by providing excellent personal centred care. You will be experienced in caring for the older generation, especially in a dementia setting.

You will carry out a variety of duties include:

Personal care

Medication management

Cooking

Dementia care

Deputise for the Lead Senior Support worker.

Exercise

Uploading day to day details on care plans

Experience caring for older people, particularly in a dementia setting.

Hands-on experience managing medication, including administering routine medications, MAR charting, or secure storage and handling.

Experience stepping up to lead a shift or deputise for a senior colleague, including coordinating the household, guiding care staff,



or handling issues in the lead's absence.

Experience with care documentation and updating care plans, including recording day-to-day notes, tracking changes in wellbeing, and keeping care records accurate.

NVQ Level 2 or a Care Certificate.

Eligible to work in the UK.

Available to work alternate weekends.
