Apply advanced turbine engine maintenance expertise as a Senior Technician with JMC Aviation supporting Rolls-Royce M250 and RR300 engines.
This role performs maintenance, repair, overhaul, inspection, and troubleshooting on M250 Series II, IV, and RR300 engines. Work follows Canadian Aviation Regulations, manufacturer manuals, company MPM procedures, and Transport Canada Civil Aviation requirements. Contract and permanent employment options are available.
Key Responsibilities: Disassemble, inspect, repair, and reassemble engines and modules
Troubleshoot malfunctions and recommend repairs or replacements
Conduct dimensional inspections using precision measuring tools
Document work according to TCCA and company requirements




Coordinate technical issues with Quality Assurance and Engineering
Requirements: Minimum 10 years hands-on experience with qualifying turbine engines
Technical knowledge of turbine engine maintenance and troubleshooting
Understanding of TCCA compliance, airworthiness, and traceability
Solid communication, teamwork, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to perform hands-on shop-based engine maintenance safely
Use Rolls-Royce M250 expertise, regulatory knowledge, and precision inspection skills in senior engine maintenance work.
