As Facilities Manager, you will work with local senior management and global sites to maintain a protected, efficient facility. The position covers compliance, suppliers, space planning, front desk operations, travel, and team management. You will align local delivery with DNEG’s global approach.
Key Responsibilities: Lead Health & Safety, fire safety, risk assessments, and emergency procedures
Manage inspections, permits, incident reporting, fire wardens, and first aiders
Oversee building services, suppliers, contracts, audits, and facilities issues
Coordinate space allocation, fit-outs, office moves, and workplace requests




Manage Runners, front desk operations, visitors, deliveries, and business travel
Requirements: Office or facilities management experience, including building services
Health & Safety strategy and implementation experience
Knowledge of local building codes and BC legislation
Experience negotiating contracts, suppliers, budgets, and forecasts
Experience with space planning, fit-outs, floorplans, and building systems
Bring facilities leadership, compliance expertise, supplier management, and workplace planning experience to DNEG’s Vancouver studio operations.
