Aramark Canada Ltd. is seeking outgoing Baristas to report to the Supervisor at Second Cup. The position involves preparing beverages, whole bean, and food products consistently while following recipe and presentation standards. You will support cash handling, store operations, cleanliness, and customer service throughout each shift.
Key Responsibilities: Prepare beverages and food products according to standards
Process transactions and balance the cash float
Follow Second Cup safety and operational procedures
Assist with opening and closing the store
Clean counters, tables, trays, and surrounding areas
Requirements: One or more years of food and beverage experience
Exceptional customer service skills
Second Cup franchise experience considered an asset
Serve Safe and First Aid considered assets
Ability to lift, push, and pull at least 25 pounds
Bring beverage preparation, POS, and customer service skills to Second Cup at Dalhousie University’s Killam Library.
