Key Responsibilities: Assess academic strengths, challenges, and learning needs
Develop individualized tutoring strategies and lesson plans
Support homework, assignments, projects, and test preparation
Teach organization, time management, and study strategies
Communicate student progress to parents or caregivers
Requirements: Experience supporting learning disabilities, autism, ADHD, or differences
Confidence supporting elementary or secondary students
Patient, encouraging, energetic approach with students
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent English communication skills
