As Campus Recruiter, you will develop and execute campus and apprenticeship recruitment strategies. You will partner with business leaders, hiring managers, educational institutions, and marketing teams. The work supports candidate engagement, full-cycle recruitment, diversity planning, and ATS brand recognition among post-secondary students.
Key Responsibilities: Recruit interns, co-op students, apprentices, and entry-level candidates
Build relationships with post-secondary educational institutions
Lead career fairs, information sessions, and networking events




Coordinate interviews and support hiring managers
Facilitate pre-boarding and onboarding for program participants
Requirements: University degree or equivalent education and experience
Two or more years of campus recruitment experience preferred
Experience with interviewing, offers, background checks, and references
Applicant tracking system experience required
Exceptional communication and project management skills
Use campus recruitment, candidate communication, and employer branding expertise to strengthen ATS Industrial Automation’s talent pipeline.
