You will understand business and talent needs, create recruitment plans, and collaborate with local Talent Acquisition teams and Global partners on projects. The position requires full-cycle recruiting, candidate assessment, and recruitment reporting.
Key Responsibilities: Partner with hiring managers through recruitment processes
Complete full-cycle recruitment for Home Office positions
Create postings, screen resumes, and schedule interviews
Evaluate candidates, complete references, and extend offers




Analyze Applicant Tracking System metrics and report findings
Requirements: Minimum three years of full-service recruitment experience
High-volume recruitment experience
College Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or Business Management
Recruitment technology and Applicant Tracking System knowledge
Robust communication, analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills
