As Production Supervisor, you will lead daily plant operations for New-Life Mills, the livestock nutrition division of Parrish & Heimbecker, Limited. The role covers production scheduling, finished-product manufacturing, employee relations, and Feed Assure™ programs. You will also coordinate health and safety, preventative maintenance, and quality assurance activities.
Key Responsibilities: Lead daily plant operations and finished-product manufacturing
Schedule production runs and monitor performance deviations
Coordinate raw ingredient inventory and production forecasting
Prioritize repairs with maintenance teams
Represent management on the Health and Safety Committee
Requirements: Post-secondary education or equivalent employment experience
Availability for evening and weekend on-call duties
Agriculture or food production experience considered an asset
