You will support workload prioritization, portfolio management, forecasting, and continuous improvement. Your work will also contribute to learning and development across the team.

Support workload management, prioritization, and challenging cases
Strengthen portfolio management, forecasting, tools, and approaches




Collaborate with trainers and Practice Excellence partners
Identify process improvements and share relevant learnings
Requirements: Three to five years of disability case management experience
Experience with short-term and long-term disability cases
University degree or completed college diploma
Bilingual French and English communication, oral and written
Analytical, organizational, empathetic, and problem-solving skills
Bring disability management experience, coaching ability, and sound judgment to strengthen client-focused practices at Sun Life.
