This Veterinary Reception, Client Care position supports the entire hospital through organized, motivated service. You will manage appointments, communications, admissions, discharges, estimates, invoicing, and payments. The role also includes supporting reception and assistant staff with client service processes and procedures.
Key Responsibilities: Provide excellent client service throughout reception interactions
Manage appointments, phone calls, and emails
Coordinate admissions, discharges, estimates, invoicing, and payments
Train and support reception and assistant staff




Assist veterinary teams with tasks and treatments
Requirements: Previous veterinary or reception experience
