The United Counties of Leeds and Grenville seeks a permanent part time Dietary Aide for Maple View Lodge. This long-term care position covers food service, dining-room duties, routine cleaning, and resident-focused care. The role reports to the Support Services Supervisor or delegate.
Key Responsibilities: Portion and serve correct meals to residents and guests
Set and clear tables throughout dining and department areas
Clean and sanitize work areas and dining rooms
Assist dishwashing and prepare daily nourishments
Support cooks with preparation and supplier deliveries
Requirements: Completed Food Service Worker training or accepted culinary credential
Minimum one year food service experience preferred
Understanding of seniors’ needs and Ministry standards
English communication skills and instruction-following ability
Ability to stand, lift, bend, and work flexible shifts
Bring food service, organization, and respectful resident care to Dietary Services at Maple View Lodge in Athens, Ontario.
