Position: Medical Receptionist / Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a professional, organized, and enthusiastic Medical Receptionist to join our growing medical practice and clinical research centre.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic healthcare environment combining family medicine and clinical research , with opportunities to develop new skills and grow professionally.

Key Responsibilities

Greet patients and provide excellent front-desk service.

Schedule appointments and manage patient communications.

Answer telephone calls, emails, and patient inquiries.

Maintain accurate electronic medical records (EMR).

Coordinate referrals, laboratory results, and administrative documentation.

Assist with clinical research scheduling, participant communications, and administrative tasks.

Support physicians, clinical staff, and research coordinators with daily operations.

Maintain patient confidentiality and professional standards.





Qualifications

Previous medical reception or healthcare administrative experience preferred.

Familiarity with Accuro EMR is an asset.

Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills.

Strong computer proficiency and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Professional, compassionate, and patient-focused approach.

Interest in clinical research is an asset; previous research experience is not required.
