This full time contract supports transfer agent processing for a major investment and wealth management organization. You will manage service distribution queues, account setup, non financial requests, and account features. The assignment runs through April 2027, with weekday hours between 8:00AM and 8:00PM.
Key Responsibilities: Support service distribution queues and transaction processing activities
Process account setup, non financial requests, and account features
Partner with project analysts or departmental subject matter experts




Identify value added service opportunities for clients
Document current end to end departmental processes
Requirements: Fluent English and French communication skills
Solid computer and keyboarding skills
Previous customer service or administrative experience
Ability to work under pressure and adapt
Financial industry experience is an asset
