This part-time role mentors future nursing professionals through preset curriculum, clinical supervision, and constructive feedback. The schedule runs Monday to Friday, from 6:45 a.m. to 3:15 p.m.
Key Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality instruction in clinical settings
Execute preset lesson plans aligned with PTIRU compliance
Provide hands-on clinical training and supervision
Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback
Maintain a collaborative, supportive learning setting
Requirements: At least 2,800 hours of nursing experience
Experience including maternity, mental health, or acute care
Current full BCCNM registration as LPN, RN, or RDPN
Long-term care experience in Canada within two years
Ability to travel to local sites within the region
Bring nursing experience, mentorship, and clinical teaching skills to HCA learners at Gateway Lodge in Prince George.
