Support clients remotely as a Customer Service Agent using benefits enrollment, phone communication, and product knowledge. This full-time position is based in Grande Cache.
You will assist existing and prospective clients throughout the day while providing outstanding service. The work includes handling benefit eligibility, coverage requests, individualized policies, and client communications. You will also learn from management teams about new products, services, and policies.
Key Responsibilities: Distribute benefit enrollment materials to clients
Determine eligibility for benefit enrollment
Dispatch incoming customer phone calls
Accept customer calls and return customer calls
Explain individualized policies through the Needs Analysis system
Requirements: Enthusiastic, self-driven approach to client service
Ability to assist existing and prospective clients
Outstanding service and product knowledge
Ability to respond to coverage requests
Availability for full-time, 100% work from home
