This Bookkeeper supports a cloud-based accounting firm serving small to mid-size businesses across the National Capital Region. You will maintain accurate books, prepare monthly financial reports, and support Senior Accountants. Robust accounting knowledge, communication, and independent work are essential while managing diverse client needs.
Key Responsibilities: Deliver full-cycle accounting services for multiple clients
Code invoices, record deposits, and post journal entries
Complete reconciliations and manage petty cash
Prepare monthly financial reports for clients




Document work accurately for partner or manager review
Requirements: QuickBooks Online certification or experience
Experience serving multiple clients through full-cycle accounting
Billing experience and strong accounting knowledge
Exceptional communication and client service skills
Ability to meet deadlines and manage conflicting priorities
