The role leads small projects, coordinates stakeholders, and improves program execution using engagement data and operational insights. You will manage delivery from intake through evaluation while supporting national initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead advisor webinars, education sessions, onboarding, and national virtual events
- Maintain plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, decisions, and status reporting
- Coordinate Sales Enablement, Marketing, Compliance, Technology, vendors, and speakers
- Manage registration, communications, approvals, production, follow-up, and reporting




- Present results, recommendations, risks, and lessons learned

Requirements:

- Four-plus years in project coordination, event production, or program operations
- Knowledge of planning, risk management, stakeholder coordination, and evaluation
- Advanced Excel skills; working Power BI knowledge preferred
- Proficiency with CVENT, Zoom, Teams, Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, and Stensul
- Advanced communication, organization, judgment, and stakeholder influence skills
