You will support neonatal and special care baby units, working within a neonatal AHP team and wider MDT. The post focuses on high-risk infants, developmental care, and complex clinical decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead neonatal physiotherapy across hospital neonatal units
- Assess and treat complex specialist patient caseloads
- Develop treatment plans using specialist clinical decisions
- Support staff training across therapy and multidisciplinary teams




- Deliver quality indicators, audits, and research initiatives

Requirements:

- Band 7 physiotherapy experience in paediatric or neonatal care
- Solid clinical background in acute or community environments
