As Production Supervisor, you will lead daily plant operations for Current-Life Mills, the livestock nutrition division of Parrish & Heimbecker, Limited. The role covers production scheduling, finished-product manufacturing, employee relations, and Feed Assure™ programs. You will also coordinate health and safety, preventative maintenance, and quality assurance activities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead daily plant operations and finished-product manufacturing
- Schedule production runs and monitor performance deviations
- Coordinate raw ingredient inventory and production forecasting
- Prioritize repairs with maintenance teams
- Represent management on the Health and Safety Committee

Requirements:

- Post-secondary education or equivalent employment experience
- Availability for evening and weekend on-call duties
- Agriculture or food production experience considered an asset
