Support lululemon’s women’s apparel design team onsite while using Adobe Suite, trend research, and technical design skills. Help develop seasonal products.

This Design Assistant supports Designers and Senior Designers from initial seasonal concepts through final product. The work spans athletic and sportswear design, colour deliverables, tech sketches, fittings, and organized design records. You will contribute fresh perspectives informed by cultural trends, guest preferences, and inspiration.

Key Responsibilities:

- Research global cultural, aesthetic, and guest preference trends
- Contribute inspiration and fresh perspectives across women’s design
- Create colour deliverables for seasonal product assortments




- Update tech sketches and styles after fittings
- Organize files, samples, records, and the design space

Requirements:

- Zero to two years of industry experience
- Interest or experience in athletic or sportswear design
- BA, BFA, BS in Design, or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
- Clear verbal and visual communication with cross-functional partners
