This full-time Foreman role directs service workload for effective, productive operations. You will assign work orders, support diagnostics, communicate with customers, and guide repair documentation. The position also includes technician training, safety coordination, and equipment readiness responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assign jobs and work orders according to technician skills
- Provide repair quotes and maintain customer communication
- Review repair orders for accuracy and completeness
- Approve equipment release after verifying completed quality work
- Coordinate technician training and quarterly safety meetings

Requirements:

- Three or more years as a Service Technician
- Journeyperson certification considered an asset
- Ability to lead, coach, and motivate others
- Microsoft Office and standard desktop application proficiency
- Diagnostic, troubleshooting, and aftertreatment experience considered an asset
