This Compliance Intern supports the National Compliance Manager across BMW Canada’s Privacy Compliance and CASL Compliance programs. The internship emphasizes project coordination, compliance awareness, and administrative support. You will contribute to AODA oversight, Privacy Impact Assessment tracking, policy maintenance, and employee training monitoring. Strong organizational skills are central to the work.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain and enhance Privacy and CASL Compliance programs
- Oversee the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act program
- Update Associate Infonet compliance pages




- Track Privacy Impact Assessments with the National Compliance Manager
- Prepare executive status presentations and reports

Requirements:

- Post-secondary business degree or diploma
- Well-developed oral and written communication skills
- Robust Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint knowledge
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
