This Heavy Equipment Technician position maintains and repairs construction and forestry equipment and attachments. You will evaluate working conditions, diagnose issues, assemble and disassemble equipment, and order parts. The work also includes documentation, hazard assessment, road testing, and attachment checks.

Key Responsibilities:

- Evaluate, diagnose, assemble, disassemble, and repair heavy equipment
- Use tools, secondary equipment, and computer systems safely
- Document machine information, actions, and time on work orders




- Use John Deere Service Advisor for maintenance and diagnosis
- Road test equipment and check attachment operation as required

Requirements:

- Previous mechanical experience in heavy equipment environments preferred
- Certified Journeyperson or equivalent designated trade preferred
- Welding ticket required for the position
- Commitment to customer service and service excellence
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
