Deliver outstanding Member service at DUCA’s Guelph branch using cash handling, communication, and financial transaction skills. This is a full-time, front-line opportunity.

As a Member Service Representative, you will welcome Members, answer inquiries, and identify opportunities through communication and inquiry. You will support deposits, withdrawals, transfers, account openings, referrals, and routine financial services. Accuracy, timely service, and organized multitasking help safeguard DUCA’s assets and support branch growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Welcome Members and provide outstanding counter and phone service
- Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, bill payments, and wires
- Open accounts and refer Members to appropriate advisors




- Balance cash, outgoing cheques, and daily transactions
- Follow up with Members and book advisor appointments

Requirements:

- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience working with and handling cash
- Strong knowledge of computer systems
- Two years’ bank or credit union customer experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
