Steele Hyundai Fredericton is looking for a Sales Consultant to join our team in Fredericton, New Brunswick! You will help customers find the right vehicle for their needs while creating a welcoming, informative, and memorable buying experience. From the first conversation to handing over the keys, you will build relationships, understand customer needs, and help make every journey a positive one.
Compensation
This is a commission-based role; high-performing Sales Representatives have the opportunity to earn $100,000+ annually .
Up to your first year, to support your development, Steele Auto Group guarantees a minimum income of $682.69 weekly, unless commissions exceed that amount

How you will make an impact:
Connecting with customers and helping them find a vehicle that fits their needs, lifestyle, and budget
Building robust customer relationships through friendly, knowledgeable, and personalized service
Guiding customers through the vehicle purchasing process from initial conversation through delivery
Following up with leads and customers to build lasting relationships and uncover sales opportunities
Working closely with the sales and finance teams to create a smooth experience for every customer
Working toward individual and dealership sales goals while delivering an exceptional customer experience
What drives your success:
You bring strong customer service and communication skills
You are outgoing, approachable, and comfortable connecting with new people
Previous sales or automotive experience is an asset, but a strong drive to learn and succeed is equally important
You are motivated by goals and enjoy working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
You are organized, reliable, and confident following up with customers
You have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
