This full-time or part time opportunity includes on-call delivery agent and postal clerk work. Delivery agents sort, load, drive, and deliver items, while postal clerks sort, scan, and dispatch mail. The position supports mail operations across varied shifts.
Key Responsibilities: Sort and prepare daily deliveries at the depot
Load and drive a Canada Post postal vehicle
Deliver mail and packages by foot or vehicle
Sort, scan, sequence, and batch mail items
Receive, transfer, and dispatch postal items
Requirements: Valid Class 5 or Class G driver’s licence
Safe driving record for at least three years
Ability to lift 22.7 kilograms and carry 15.9 kilograms
Availability for on-call evenings and weekends
Ability to read, write, and speak English and/or French
Bring safe driving, mail handling, and customer service experience to Canada Post’s Saint-Hyacinthe delivery operations.
