This Project Coordinator, Electrical Construction position supports Project Managers and Site Supervisors throughout project execution. You will maintain schedules, update logs, coordinate deliveries, and provide work-in-progress information. The position also involves forecasting, cost control, meeting minutes, and identifying potential problems or delays.
Key Responsibilities: Provide project status updates and support forecasting activities
Maintain records of materials used and job progress
Coordinate equipment deliveries and monitor sub-trade activities




Follow procedures for change orders and closeout documents
Bring potential problems and schedule delays to management
Requirements: At least one year of related experience
Electrical Engineering post-secondary education
Microsoft Office and MS Project proficiency
Primavera or other scheduling software experience is an asset
Experience interpreting mechanical construction drawings
Bring MS Project, scheduling, forecasting, and construction documentation experience to Plan Group’s electrical project coordination team.
