This full time permanent Hand Therapist position suits a Registered Occupational Therapist with stated hand therapy experience. You will treat trauma, surgery, and repetitive strain conditions while supporting plastics and fracture clinics. The program connects hospital consultation with follow-up rehabilitation at SE Rehab Health Clinic.
Key Responsibilities: Plan individualized treatment programs for upper extremity injuries
Deliver post-surgical care and therapeutic interventions
Provide splinting, wound, and scar management




Support surgeons during plastics and fracture clinics
Provide assessments, exercises, and follow-up treatment
Requirements: Registration as an Occupational Therapist in good standing
Three to five years of hand therapy experience
Hospital plastics clinic and surgeons support experience
Current Basic Life Support certification
Ability to work across both Richmond Hill sites
Use occupational therapy, splinting, and rehabilitation expertise to support complete hand therapy care across Richmond Hill.
