Humber River Health in Toronto is seeking a Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) for the Reactivation Care Centre. This temporary full-time role offers 8- and 12-hour rotating shifts, including days, nights, evenings and weekends.
You will work in general medicine, ALC and seniors care, coordinate care with an interprofessional team, and document in Meditech 6.0. The position also includes mentoring recent hires and nursing students and participating in unit projects.
