As Manufacturing Supervisor, you will direct sheet metal fabrication, welding, finishing, and assembly. The role requires experience leading manufacturing teams, reading engineering drawings, and managing production priorities. You will work with engineering and management to resolve issues and keep equipment built to specification.
Key Responsibilities: Supervise fabrication, welding, finishing, and assembly activities
Assign work and balance labour against production schedules
Monitor progress, bottlenecks, shortages, and production issues




Train employees and reinforce accountability and standards
Coordinate drawing, material, and scheduling resolutions
Requirements: Manufacturing team supervision or leadership experience
Sheet metal, welding, and assembly knowledge
Ability to read drawings, bills of materials, and instructions
Quality inspection and production defect resolution experience
Strong planning, communication, and changing-priority management skills
