Support Kinaxis marketing initiatives as a Graphic Design Intern using Adobe Creative Suite, prototyping software, and visual communication skills. Work from Ottawa at least three days weekly.
This full time placement lasts eight or twelve months and begins January 2027. You will create and edit visual materials supporting campaigns, corporate events, websites, presentations, and interactive PDFs. Collaboration with designers, marketing leaders, a videographer, and the Creative team supports consistent brand execution.
Key Responsibilities: Assist design tasks for Marketing initiatives
Create high-quality graphics and visual assets
Participate in brainstorming sessions and project meetings
Manage multiple projects and prioritize deadlines
Stay current with design trends and techniques
Requirements: Related BA or BFA enrollment or recent completion
Passion for graphic design and visual communication
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud tools
Knowledge of prototyping software including Figma or Sketch
Understanding of Web UI standards and responsive design
Apply visual communication, design theory, and marketing creativity while developing graphic design skills at Kinaxis in Ottawa.
