As a Customer Service Specialist, you will support customers purchasing roofing, building envelope, and below grade materials. The role involves processing orders, quotes, returns, payments, and supplier purchase orders. You will also coordinate deliveries, explain product applications, and support warehouse inventory activities.
Key Responsibilities: Process customer orders, quotes, and returns accurately
Coordinate customer deliveries and pickups with operations
Educate customers about products and applications
Generate, place, and confirm supplier purchase orders




Participate in physical warehouse materials inventory
Requirements: Customer procurement experience, preferably construction or building supply
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Solid problem-solving and quick response abilities
