Serve Calgary customers onsite as a part time TD Customer Experience Associate, processing financial transactions and recommending suitable banking solutions.
At TD Canada Trust, this associate role supports Personal & Commercial Banking customers through frontline service. You will understand customer needs, provide information and advice, resolve concerns, and promote banking products. Accuracy, discretion, and transparent communication guide each interaction while following procedures, regulations, and TD’s Code of Conduct and Ethics.
Key Responsibilities: Process deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments accurately
Determine customer needs and recommend appropriate banking solutions
Resolve concerns and escalate non-standard activities when necessary




Promote banking solutions and complete business processes promptly
Recommend operational improvements supporting customer experience
Requirements: High School diploma and/or one-plus years of relevant experience
Undergraduate degree or equivalent is an asset
Strong administration, organization, planning, and time management skills
Hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and internet
Accurate, detail-oriented, calm, and courteous communication skills
Bring customer service, transaction processing, and banking solution knowledge to TD’s Calgary branch team.
