The Adjuster I, Property Claims, manages entry-level through intermediate-severity losses. You will assess damage, interpret policies, review estimates, and coordinate vendors. The position also includes identifying subrogation opportunities, maintaining documentation, and supporting catastrophe claims.
Key Responsibilities: Handle desk-assigned property claims from minor to moderately complex
Investigate losses, determine coverage, and assess damages
Review Appraiser and Independent Adjuster estimates for accuracy
Coordinate repairs with vendors, contractors,



and policyholders
Identify recovery opportunities and refer qualified files
Requirements: Zero to two years of property claims experience
One to three years of Auto experience
Post-secondary education in Insurance or related field
Knowledge of damage assessment and policy interpretation
Solid investigative, analytical, and communication skills
Apply property claims expertise, coverage analysis, and vendor coordination to deliver accurate resolutions across assigned files.
