Key Responsibilities: Provide talent acquisition support for hiring and intern initiatives
Organize internship networking and engagement events
Develop recruiting materials aligned with Global Employment Branding
Support culture launches and communication strategies
Partner with HR Business Partners on People Cycle Plans
Requirements: Relevant undergraduate or graduate degree in progress
Availability from May through August 2027
Return to school in the Fall
Communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Build Human Resources experience through talent acquisition, recruiting materials, communication strategies, and HR projects at Ford Canada.
