Support immigration matters at Boughton Law in Vancouver through client service, billing, file management, and government submissions. This part-time position offers 20 to 22 hours weekly.
As a Legal Administrative Assistant, you will work with an immigration lawyer and paralegal. The role covers administrative coordination, invoice preparation, client communication, and organized electronic files. Immigration law experience is an asset, while solid administrative skills and interest in learning are welcomed.
Key Responsibilities: Prepare invoices and monitor work in progress and receivables
Schedule consultations and respond to routine client enquiries
Conduct conflict checks and maintain complete electronic files
Prepare IRCC webforms and upload required documents
Coordinate workflow, correspondence,



scanning, printing, and file distribution
Requirements: Previous legal administrative or professional services experience preferred
Strong client service and professional judgment with confidential information
Microsoft Office proficiency and ability to learn filing systems
Excellent organization, time management, communication, and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple files, deadlines, and competing priorities
