Support patients directly as a Service Delivery Representative for ProResp, delivering oxygen equipment, explaining protected operation, and addressing scheduled service needs. Rotational on-call participation is required.
This full-time permanent position serves the North Bay region toward Muskoka. You will maintain oxygen-related equipment, establish equipment for new clients, and deliver supplies to existing clients. The position combines patient care, safe vehicle loading, documentation, and compliance with policies, procedures, and highway regulations.
Key Responsibilities: Interact with patients to confirm their needs are met
Provide quality service according to daily schedules
Accommodate unanticipated client needs when required




Load product materials according to safety requirements
Teach equipment operation and safety procedures
Requirements: Secondary school graduate at minimum
Valid G Driver’s License and satisfactory driving record
Successful completion of pre-placement Functional Assessment test
Willingness to complete home oxygen and TDG training
Clean shaven for respirator sealing requirements when applicable
Use your patient communication, oxygen equipment, and safety skills to deliver dependable service throughout ProResp’s North Bay region.
