Serve Wawanesa members through high-volume claims calls, using empathy and accuracy in a hybrid work environment across Canada.
As a Claims Service Ambassador, you will support exceptional, consistent claims experiences within Wawanesa’s call center. Handle inbound inquiries, first notice of loss for auto and property claims, and member communications. Apply investigative judgment, policy knowledge, and explicit communication while coordinating claim-related services.
Key Responsibilities: Answer inbound inquiries and new auto and property claims
Guide members and stakeholders throughout the claims process
Communicate through voice, digital, and written correspondence
Interpret policy coverage and communicate coverage decisions
Coordinate services with appraisers, vendors, and repair facilities
Requirements: Two to three years of customer service experience
Exceptional empathy and concern for member satisfaction
Ability to handle large daily call volumes
Strong investigative, analytical, and communication skills
Microsoft Office Suite and MS Teams proficiency
Bring accurate service, claims communication, and analytical skills to Wawanesa’s hybrid member support team across Canada.
