The Senior Facility Maintenance Technician reports to the Supervisor, Facilities and Maintenance. This permanent vacancy covers hands-on repairs, building infrastructure troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance supporting OHSA and company specifications. The role serves manufacturing and office spaces at 9 Napoleon Road.
Key Responsibilities: Repair HVAC, plumbing, mechanical, fire alarm, and building systems
Diagnose infrastructure, equipment, and utility issues
Complete scheduled preventative maintenance and safety system checks
Record inspections,



work orders, and maintenance activities accurately
Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies promptly
Requirements: High School Diploma or GED required
Technical certification or degree strongly preferred
Three to five years relevant hands-on experience may substitute
Valid G class Ontario Driver's License
Microsoft Office and digital reporting proficiency
Apply facility maintenance, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance skills to support Napoleon’s Barrie operations and building systems.
