As a Financial Analyst on LG’s Customer Care & Service – Planning team, you will support departmental financial planning, budget management, and performance reporting. The position requires Korean and English bilingual skills, robust communication, and analytical judgment. You will help management understand financial and operational drivers while contributing to strategy progress tracking.
Key Responsibilities: Build financial tools for departmental performance and budget analysis
Investigate stakeholder inputs and maintain robust forecasts
Monitor KPIs, trends, and unexpected performance variances




Complete month-end close checklists and forecasting-based journal entries
Prepare research, reporting, and analysis for management
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or related field
One to three years of working experience
Korean and English bilingual language skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to synthesize data into actionable strategies
