Edison Properties is a Winnipeg-based property management company with over 50 years in business, seeking a full time Financial Controller. You will lead financial reporting by property and entity, ensuring GAAP compliance, coordinating audits, and supporting budgeting and strategic planning with senior leadership.

You will manage cash flow forecasting, CRA and RTB reporting, and collaborate with other departments to optimize financial processes while developing the Finance team.
