Drive pharmaceutical procurement through advanced Excel, ERP systems, and supplier sourcing in a full-time GMP-regulated manufacturing setting. Protect supply continuity, quality, and cost effectiveness.
This Buyer sources cost-of-goods-sold materials, laboratory consumables, APIs, excipients, and packaging components. The position also supports non-production procurement, supplier qualification, and material planning. You will create purchase orders, manage SAP requirements, and coordinate with Operations, Engineering, Facilities, QA, Compliance, and suppliers.
Key Responsibilities: Source raw materials, packaging components, consumables, and services
Create purchase orders and expedite deliveries
Maintain ERP master data, lead times, and pricing




Negotiate pricing and terms with approved suppliers
Identify supply risks and develop alternate sources
Requirements: Post-secondary education in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or Science
Minimum three years purchasing or sourcing experience
Pharmaceutical or GMP-regulated manufacturing experience
Advanced Excel and financial analysis capabilities
Excellent English communication and presentation skills
