As a Nurse Practitioner, you will help deliver care for clients navigating complex mental health challenges. The schedule runs Monday to Friday, with occasional evening and weekend shifts. You will collaborate with psychiatrists, therapists, nurses, and community partners while supporting independence.
Key Responsibilities: Assess clients' physical and mental health needs
Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions
Prescribe medications and monitor treatment plans
Implement individualized recovery-oriented care plans
Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare partners
Requirements: Good-standing Nurse Practitioner registration with CNO
Mental health, addictions, or community health experience
Strong assessment, diagnostic, and medication skills
Interdisciplinary healthcare team experience
Passion for client-centered recovery-oriented care
