You will support prospective and current members, explain pet medical insurance, handle objections, and guide enrollments. Key Responsibilities: Answer inbound warm leads interested in pet insurance policies
Understand customer needs and tailor insurance solutions
Explain coverage options, policy value, and advantages
Address objections with confidence, empathy, and trust




Accurately enroll pets and document required information
Requirements: Active provincial General or Property and Casualty Insurance license
Eligibility for license reciprocity, excluding Québec
At least two years of sales experience
Excellent communication and active listening skills
Weekend availability and flexible Pacific Time scheduling
