As Credit Supervisor, you will manage and develop a dedicated Credit Analyst team at Uline. The position combines onboarding, training, customer interaction monitoring, performance coaching, account issue resolution, and financial analysis. You will collaborate with Collections and Sales and oversee special Credit team projects.
Key Responsibilities: Manage and develop Credit Analysts through onboarding and training
Monitor customer interactions, evaluate performance, and provide coaching
Collaborate with Collections and Sales on account issues




Evaluate orders stopped for credit review when needed
Perform financial analysis and oversee Credit team projects
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
Three-plus years in Credit or Collections leadership
Microsoft Office proficiency, especially Excel
Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
Credit designation or queue-driven B2B experience preferred
