As a Supply Chain Coordinator, you will support receiving, inventory management, order fulfillment, shipping, and facility activities. The Mississauga Warehouse Operations team relies on accurate system transactions, careful documentation, and consistent procedures. Your work helps move healthcare products, spare parts, and finished goods through Baxter’s distribution network.
Key Responsibilities: Coordinate inbound shipment receiving, inspection, reconciliation, and processing
Organize picking, packing, staging, and shipping activities
Maintain inventory records through transfers, reconciliations, and cycle counts




Prepare shipment documentation and track deliveries with carriers
Operate forklifts and support continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent
Ability to lift up to 40 pounds routinely
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
Ability to operate a forklift; training provided if needed
Support Baxter’s healthcare distribution network through warehouse coordination, inventory accuracy, shipping documentation, and dependable operational execution.
