As a Human Resources Business Partner reporting to the Head of HR, you will connect business priorities with practical people solutions. The scope includes talent, organizational effectiveness, employee relations, workforce planning, change, and culture. You will support performance and employee experience across the Canadian organization.
Key Responsibilities: Advise leaders on operational priorities and workforce challenges
Use people analytics to develop evidence-based recommendations
Lead organizational design, workforce planning, and change management
Drive talent reviews, succession planning, and leadership development




Manage complex employee relations matters and investigations
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or Business
Minimum five years of progressive HR Business Partner experience
Solid business acumen and consulting, influencing, and coaching skills
Broad expertise across employee relations, talent, and organizational change
Experience with HRIS, people data, and business metrics
