Reporting to the Accounting Manager, this full-time role handles vendor invoices, reimbursements, and other payables. You will support month-end close, maintain vendor records, and help ensure compliance with policies, internal controls, and regulatory requirements. The position supports accurate financial operations and positive supplier relationships.
Key Responsibilities: Enter vendor invoices and credit notes into the ERP
Match purchase orders to invoices and resolve discrepancies
Prepare authorized EFT and wire payment runs
Reconcile AP subledger balances with the general ledger




Support accruals, cut-off, aging, and month-end reconciliations
Requirements: Post-secondary accounting, finance, or business education
Three or more years of accounts payable experience
ERP and Microsoft Excel proficiency
Knowledge of reconciliations, controls, and month-end close support
Valid Class 5 driver’s license and current driver abstract
Bring accurate invoice processing, reconciliation, and vendor service skills to TNDC’s accounts payable team in Dease Lake.
