You will support neonatal and special care baby units, working within a neonatal AHP team and wider MDT. The post focuses on high-risk infants, developmental care, and complex clinical decision-making.
Key Responsibilities: Lead neonatal physiotherapy across hospital neonatal units
Assess and treat complex specialist patient caseloads
Develop treatment plans using specialist clinical decisions
Support staff training across therapy and multidisciplinary teams




Deliver quality indicators, audits, and research initiatives
Requirements: Band 7 physiotherapy experience in paediatric or neonatal care
Strong clinical background in acute or community environments
Interest in service development, audit, and research
Versatile working across Peterborough and Hinchingbrooke Hospital sites
Ability to attend an in-person interview
Use specialist neonatal physiotherapy, developmental care, and leadership skills to improve evidence-based care for high-risk infants.
